Tethered Spinal Cord due to Thoracic Spinal Cord Lipoma: Minimally Invasive Surgical Management Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: An unusual case of a thoracic spine lipoma presenting with profound progressive numbness along with difficult to interpret preoperative imaging is discussed.
