Arabic language contains a multiple set of features which complete the process of embedding and extracting text from the compressed image. In specific, the Arabic language covers numerous textual styles and shapes of the Arabic letter. This paper investigated Arabic cursive steganography using complex edge detection techniques via compressed image, which comprises several characteristics (short, medium and Long sentence) as per the research interest. Sample of images from the Berkeley Segmentation Database (BSD) was utilized and compressed with a diverse number of bits per pixel through Least Significant Bit (LSB) technology. The method presented in this paper was evaluated based on five complex edge detectors (Roberts, Prewitt, Sobel, LoG, and Canny) via MATLAB. Canny edge detector has been demonstrated to be the most excellent solution when it is vital to perform superior edge discovery overcompressed image with little several facts, but Sobel appears to be better in term of the execution time for Long sentence contents.

This paper presents several techniques used in text steganography in term of feature-based and word-rule based. Additionally, it analyses the performance and the metric evaluation of the techniques used in text steganography. This paper aims to identify the main techniques of text steganography, which are feature-based, and word-rule based, to recognize the various techniques used with them. As a result, the primary technique used in the text steganography was feature-based technique due to its simplicity and secured. Meanwhile, the common parameter metrics utilized in text steganography were security, capacity, robustness, and embedding time. Future efforts are suggested to focus on the methods used in text steganography.

This study analyze the effect of employee wellbeing and employee resilience on innovative work behavior mediated by the work climate in the insurance industry in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach, tested by Structural. Equation Modeling with the help of the Amos program. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed randomly to all departments of 3 (three) life insurance companies and 3 (three) general insurance companies via a google form. The findings in this study indicate that there is no positive effect of employee wellbeing on innovation work behavior, there is a positive influence of employee resilience on innovation work behavior, and there is a positive effect of employee wellbeing on hybrid work climate., There is no positive effect of employee resilience on a hybrid work climate., there is a positive effect of hybrid work climate on innovation work behavior, there is an effect of employee wellbeing on innovation work behavior mediated by hybrid work climate, there is no effect of employee resilience on innovation work behavior mediated by hybrid work climate, there is no effect of hybrid work climate on innovation work behavior moderated by gender. The findings of this study have management implications that management can improve human resource development to identify and maintain resilience qualities in employees and influence them with specially designed interventions. In addition, a company climate that supports creativity and innovation also contributes to the emergence of innovative behavior in the workplace.
