Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of the ethyl acetate extract of Bothriospermum zeylanicum (Hornem.) Fisch., the active ingredients and mechanism of Et Mey (EAF) in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were explored. Methods: 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium (MTS) assay was used to measure the effect of EAF on the proliferation of A549, HL-60, SMMC-7721, MDA-MB-231, and SW480 tumor cells.
