Abstract:Few medicines other than oral corticosteroids and anti-fungal medicines are currently known as reliable treatments for allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). The efficacies of macrolide or leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA) with or without corticosteroid on ABPA are unknown.
