Abstract: The study aims to identify the impact of administrative and ethical practices among managers on the performance of employees at universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The research was conducted for the purpose of evaluating the role of ethical leaders and their impact on the performance of employees. The researcher developed a questionnaire and distributed it to a random sample of (150) employees. Fourteen invalid forms were excluded.
