The Allen Cell Collection: Fluorescent Protein‐tagged Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (hiPSC) Lines to Investigate Cell and Nuclear Organization in Differentiation, Disease, and Regeneration
Abstract:The Allen Institute for Cell Science is creating a collection of fluorescent protein‐tagged hiPS cell lines with the objective to illuminate cell organization and enable observation of cellular behavior from a structural perspective. To date, the Allen Cell Collection consists of >40 single‐, dual‐, or triple‐edited lines that have undergone extensive quality control testing to ensure genomic, cell biological, and stem cell integrity that are released and available for labs to obtain for their own research pur… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
