Abstract. Rational creation of the consumer quality of constructions, which is taking into account some cultural, historical and other, accepted for society development paradigms enters to replace mass sustainable development of the industry of a construction in case of development of the recreational territories around megalopolises, using intellectual systems in a construction, ecological, energy-saving technologies in increase in a consumer evaluation of quality. For the residential development of the recreational territories of cities it is important to provide not only complex conditions of their development, to keep their potential for future generations, providing their social-and-economic development, to consider national and climatic features, but also to use their potential opportunities and traditions of the people inhabiting them, rationally and economically. The educated development of the construction industry is the new term entered into the use of constructors, when the consumer quality of building and structures meets national preferences taking into account traditions and advanced achievements in the use of materials, architectural and project decisions, production technologies and climatic opportunities with the minimum damage to the environment. Its accomplishment assumes enhancement and introduction of local-and-standard regulation with implementation of innovative solutions. 1Introduction

Abstract. The methods of ecological optimization of influences developed by the author are presented, including: -graphic method of creation of area of admissible influences by the solution of problems of linear programming; -model of identification of dangerous influences simplex method; -method of formation of steady control systems of ecological safety of construction. On simple numerical examples possibilities of mathematical modeling of environmental pressures at stages of life cycle of construction objects are illustrated. In the paper, linear equations of action with constraints and with two variable factors of influence were considered. If we go over to linear relationships with three variable factors of influence, then they will describe the plane in the three-dimensional impact space; the system of linear constraints is a polyhedron, as the domain of permissible impacts in the three-dimensional impact space. Studies carried out by the graphical method of constructing the region of permissible impacts in solving ecological problems of linear programming have shown its effectiveness and visibility, in comparison with the results obtained by calculation. The most effective is the development of environmental safety management systems for construction related to sources, definitions and categories of wastes, as well as the composition and treatment of waste streams, in order to promote waste prevention and the establishment and implementation of mechanisms to prevent generation and minimize waste, as well as recovery and recycling systems waste construction industry.

Abstract. Development of natural lands for recreational purposes generates an increasing human impact. The monitoring results show development of slope erosion processes on the surface of slopes, which can generate gullies and landslides, impeding a sustainable land development and requiring additional operational costs at recreational and sports facilities. The article contains the basic results of a theoretical and experimental research and the monitoring data, which will allow us to justify the design of anti-erosion protection at recreational and sports facilities. The research has shown the efficiency of the use of geocomposite systems represented by a combination of structural elements and a biotic constituent. The efficiency of such approach is proven by the geotechnical monitoring data on specific facilities situated in Moscow Region.
