Abstract:The Gymnema sylvestre is a widely recognized medicinal plant, particularly for its effectiveness in treating diabetes. Aim of this study is to measure the antioxidant property, polyphenol and anthocyanin content of G. sylvestre aqueous extract using various in-vitro techniques.
