The application of mechanical load onto mouse tendons by magnetic restraining represses Mmp-3 expression

Abstract: Objectives: Mechanical loading is crucial for tendon matrix homeostasis. Under-stimulation of tendon tissue promotes matrix degradation and ultimately tendon failure.
