Ikan Layang (Decapterus spp) menjadi satu di antara ikan yang selalu ada di setiap kegiatan pemasaran di Kota Samarinda, hal ini terlihat diberbagai pasar, baik pasar besar, pasar kecil, pasar malam maupun pedagang keliling yang hampir selalu menawarkan jenis ikan layang. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor pendapatan, jumlah keluarga dan harga terhadap permintaan ikan Layang (Decapterus spp) di Kota Samarinda. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan = -.664 + 0,0000001.941 X1 - 0.040 X2 - 3.454X3, dimana pengaruh variabel pendapatan terhadap permintaan ikan layang, semakin tinggi pendapatan makan permintaan juga meningkat. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak variabel X (pendapatan, jumlah keluarga dan harga) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Y (permintaan ikan Layang). Uji adjusted R2 sebesar 0.326 atau 32%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas variabel dependen yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas variabel independent sebesar 32%, sedangkan sisanya 68% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.

At private label universities in Indonesia, new students are still the main thing in terms of achieving university operational income. This study intends to group the data of ITTelkom Surabaya students by utilizing the data mining process using the k-means clustering method, then the results of the clustering are forecasted using simple linear regression to be able to predict the achievement of new students as the effect variable and year as the causative variable. The results of this study consist of 5 variables, namely student province, student study program, income of student parents, student parent work and student ethnicity, each of which consists of 4 clusters, then each cluster is predicted for achievement 3 the coming year 2022,2023,2024. It can be concluded that the highest combination of student/parent student profiles was obtained from East Java province, information systems study program, parents' income of 5-10 million per month, the occupation of other parents and the ethnicity of students from Java. The highest forecasting results are found in the income variable of students' parents in cluster 3 with predictions of 1292 students in 2024. It is hoped that with clustering and forecasting based on this research, ITTelkom Surabaya can make the right decision as a basis for decision making to determine strategy in promoting the campus.

Population is a group of people who live or settle in an area for six months or more. Increasing the population in an area results in more problems being faced by the area such as high unemployment rates, poverty and food shortages which result in hunger. BPS Asahan Regency records that there is an increase in population every year. Asahan Regency BPS cannot predict population growth in the following year, so an application is needed to predict population growth. The purpose of this study is to predict population growth in Asahan Regency in the following year based on previous data using the concept of data mining. By applying data mining using multiple linear regression methods can be used to calculate population growth estimates based on previous data. This quantitative research used population data of Asahan Regency from 2016 to 2022. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression model using data from the previous five years, the estimated population growth of Asahan for 2023 was 824,617 people and the process of estimating the population became more systematic and calculated. well with this population estimation system and the process of storing data becomes easier and does not require a lot of paper to print and save. Keywords: Application; Data Mining; Multiple Linear Regression Abstrak: Penduduk merupakan sekumpulan orang yang tinggal atau menetap pada suatu wilayah selama enam bulan atau lebih. Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk pada suatu daerah mengakibatkan semakin banyak pula persoalan yang di hadapi oleh daerah tersebut seperti tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi, kemiskinan dan kekurangan pangan yang mengakibatkan kelaparan. BPS Kabupaten Asahan mencatat terjadi adanya pertambahan penduduk pada setiap tahunnya. BPS Kabupaten Asahan tidak dapat memprediksi pertumbuhan penduduk pada tahun berikutnya sehingga dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi untuk memprediksi pertambahan penduduk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi pertumbuhan penduduk Kabupaten Asahan pada tahun berikutnya berdasarkan data sebelumnya menggunakan konsep data mining. Dengan menerapkan data mining menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dapat digunakan untuk menghitung estimasi pertumbuhan penduduk berdasarkan data sebelumnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif ini menggunakan data penduduk Kabupaten Asahan dari tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2022. Dari perhitungan model regresi linier berganda menggunakan data lima tahun sebelumnya didapat estimasi pertumbuhan penduduk Asahan untuk tahun 2023 sebesar 824.617 jiwa dan proses estimasi jumlah penduduk menjadi lebih sistematis dan terkalkulasi dengan baik dengan adanya sistem estimasi jumlah penduduk ini dan proses penyimpanan data menjadi lebih mudah dan tidak memerlukan banyak kertas untuk di cetak dan di simpan.
