Abstract:In legal practice litigation cases, the selection of a litigation strategy significantly impacts both the litigation process and the overall outcome of the case. The study mainly applies quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of legal strategies for litigation. We collect relevant legal strategy texts after analyzing relevant civil litigation cases in China.
