The approach to determining vulnerable elements in critical energy infrastructures

Abstract: The paper presents the main provisions of the methodology for identifying vulnerable elements in the fuel and energy complex, which is studied as a set of industry critical energy infrastructures. This methodology is based on the use of industry models system in the fuel and energy sector, on the analysis of the interconnected critical energy infrastructure's work in normal functioning and during emergency situations.
