“…Additionally, whilst social desirability scores show strong test-retest reliability over a period of around 1-2 months (Crowne and Marlowe, 1960;Eysenck and Eysenck, 1991;Knowles and Kreitman, 1965;Paulhus, 1991;Sackeim and Gur, 1978), we are not aware of data on the reliability of social desirability scores over longer time periods. A further limitation is that, in contrast to previous studies (Cervenka et al, 2010;Huang et al, 2006;Reeves et al, 2007), we did not correct for educational level in this sample, as this data was not available in all subjects.
