The ballistic and diffusive thermal transport in low-dimensional structures

Abstract: The thermal transport property in low-dimensional structures has been studied theoretically taking into account the effect of temperature on phonon–phonon coupling. New thermal-transport equations are developed to discriminatively treat the ballistic and diffusive thermal transport in quantum structures.
