The Business Behavior Model: A Revised Version

Abstract: The problem of aligning the strategy of an enterprise and supporting IT resources has been recognized since decades. In this paper we revise a model-The Business Behavior Model (BBM)-which is envisioned to help in the alignment between the goal layer and the business layer of an enterprise. A number of problems are identified in the original BBM and solutions for those problems are proposed. A short illustrative case is provided that shows the applicability of the revised BBM.
