The C2 ganglion sectioning epidural approach to craniocervical junction chordoma: A technical case report

Abstract: In chordoma, complete surgical removal of the epidural tumor should be the first choice of treatment. Numerous surgical approaches to clival chordoma have been described: anterior approaches, lateral approaches, and posterolateral approaches.
