The calibration device research for assessing the impact exposure level of rubber balls in architectural acoustics

Abstract: In order to accurately measure the impact exposure level of rubber balls used in architectural acoustics, a calibration device is designed based on a force sensor, signal analyzer, programmable stepper motor and Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter. A weighing sensor with a range of 200 kg is selected to match the range of impact forces of rubber balls.
