The Chemical Composition of Trigona Honey in Bone, South Sulawesi

Abstract: Introduction Trigona honey (Tetragonula biroi) is a type of honey produced by stingless bees that is one of the local products in South Sulawesi with the Tetragonula species widely known to the public.
