The Cholesterol to Cholesterol Ester Ratio in the Plasma of Diabetics with Advanced Arteriosclerosis

Abstract: 3. In two-thirds of the cases there was a delay of over six months from onset of symptoms to the final operation. In many eases the delay was much longer-up to eighteen years. 4. Only 2.4 per cent of the fistulous tracts examined pathologically were tuberculous although 34 patients had had tuberculosis elsewhere in the body and 15 subsequently died of this disease.5.
