The Chondrocutaneous Helical Rim Advancement Flap of Antia and Buch

Abstract: This technique is an excellent method of repairing many defects of the helical rim. Its advantages include technical simplicity, little risk of tip necrosis, patient convenience, and superior cosmesis.
