Getting pregnant before married will raise the multifaceted consequence that can affect to the maternal mental health. In Indonesia, the incident stigmatized as the negative event and particularly, female, will have insecure feeling in their own family as well as in the community. However, the studies have been recognized the predictors of getting pregnant before married among adult. This study aimed to explore the predictors of unwanted pregnancy among Indonesian adults. Qualitative approach has been established and in-depth interview has been applied.The researcher invited teenager who eligible such as female, aged under 18, and they got pregnant before married in Bantul Regency. The main resource of data was based on the local Civil Registry Office, and the secondary data based on headman of targeted districts. Sample sized is determined using snowball sampling. The researcher has assisted by health cadres for each districts for facilitating the process of data collection. To test the validity, triangulation has been used. The parents and partner of participants have participated in this study. The observation during interaction with participants also has been done to support the validity of the result. The researcher have found in relationship, lack of knowledge, and social, as well as lack of awareness from parents are the main factors influence to getting pregnant before married among teenager in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.The findings is important for parents to build positive communication with their adolescence children. The local Civil Registry Office need to consider to collaborate with health care provider to provide information on the consequence of pregnancy before married through the program of local Civil Registry Office goes to school. Nurse and midwives need to advocate an unexpected women to have access of health.

Background: Parents play important role for educationg children about sexual and reproductive health. Sexual and reproductive health education is very important to be provided for children in early age, so that they could protect themselves from sexual violence. However, the information about sexual and reproductive health should be taught by parents so that children do not misstep in their lives. Objective: to review the evidence of parenting involvement in adolescent sexual and reproductive health education. Methods: The method of scoping reviews have adopted the framework of Arksey and O'Malley (2005), the steps of framework are (1) The identification of scoping review questions, (2) The identification of relevant articles, (3) The selection of articles, (4) Data Charting , (5) Maping, collating and summarizing. The writer searches for articles in 3 databases and selects the original article for review. The article theme focuses on the parents involvement in sexual and reproductive health education against children in developing countries that conducted in 2009-2019. Findings: Out of the 8 selected articles. Five themes of scoping review are the factors that influence parent and child communication, such as age, gender, education, social, economic, generation and relationship of family gaps. The obstacle of providing reproductive health education and sexual in children due to parents are ashamed, uncomfortable , lack of knowledge , and the influence of culture and norms. HIV/AIDS is a topic that is often discussed by parents. Knowing about sex education is important for children, while parents and teachers are sources of this information. In order to teach sexual and reproductive health education well, parents need good communication and improve their knowledge. Conclusion: In order to provide sexual and reproductive health education, there are several factors and barriers that affect the communication of parents and children. Parents only discuss sexual and reproductive health issues generally. They also teach their children about the dangers of premarital sex.

Early sexual intercourse causes negative consequences for adolescent health. Understanding sexual predictors can be beneficial for the prevention program. This study aims to describe predictors of early sexual intercourse among adolescents. The study participants were twenty sexually experienced respondents aged 15-18 years and received assistance from the Indonesian Family Planning Association (PKBI) in Medan. The study used a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews as methods. The results show that individual, family, peer, school, and media influence early sexual intercourse. Individually, participants have unstable emotions, negative self-concepts, and unclear future orientation. They are also unable to make rational decisions, lack social responsibility, and often violate the rules. Therefore, sexually, the respondents have positive sexual attitudes, sexually active peers, and high sexual selfefficacy. Especially among male participants, the internet was used to meet sexual partners and watched sexually-laden videos. The participants also have dysfunctional families, friends with behavioral problems, and disengagement with school. Therefore, prevention programs need to strengthen adolescents' positive potential, family function, social support, and healthy media use.
