Abstract:The prevalence of diabetes mellitus increases as someone grows older. This increase is related to changes in lifestyle, including smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, eating patterns that lacks of vegetables and fruits, obesity, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia.
