The Correlation Between Sleep Deprivation and Social Skills: A Review

Abstract: This review article examines the correlation between sleep deprivation and social skills. Research has shown that sleep deprivation has negative effects on social skills, including emotional recognition, social communication, and decision-making. The article presents the methods and findings of relevant studies and discusses potential mechanisms between sleep quality and social skills.
