The cultural competence learning needs of migrant nurses: A literature review

Abstract: Introduction: Migrant nurses need to provide healthcare that is culturally appropriate to the host population. The aim of this literature review is to identify the cultural competence learning needs of migrant nurses that would assist in their transition to the host country.Methods: A literature review was carried out according to Cronin, Ryan, and Coughlan’s (2008) framework.
