Abstract:Asynchronous rolling can increase the shear strain, reduce the rolling pressure and save the energy, and achieve the goal of improving the quality of the plate and reducing costs. As a key factor influencing the quality of the plate, the effective strain is often obtained by experiments and numerical calculation, which is complex and time-consuming.
