The Development of a Brain Targeted Mucoadhesive Amisulpride Loaded Nanostructured Lipid Carrier

Abstract: This research aimed to create and refine intranasal mucoadhesive amisulpride-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (AMS-MNLCs) to increase efficacy and safety by increasing nasal-mucosal adhesion and facilitating direct brain targetability.
