Abstract: Background: Immune-mediated liver and biliary conditions, such as IgG4-related pancreatobiliary disease (IgG4-PB) and a subset of primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC- high(h)IgG4), exhibit increased IgG4 levels in the blood.
