The Discursive Construction of Certainty and Uncertainty in the Scientific Texts of Forensic Psychiatry

Abstract: A common ground between mental health and judicial-legal domains concerns concepts like “care”, “control” and “possibility to foresee” human behaviour, with particular reference to the “social dangerousness”.
