The effect domains, measures, and methods reported in pediatric‐specialized multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation programs: An integrated review

Abstract: Objectives: Specialized pain rehabilitation is recognized as the treatment of choice for youth with pain-related disability. Appropriate outcomes for program evaluation are critical.
