Abstract:This study aimed to assess the impact of adding pancreatin (a pancreatic enzyme derivative) to standard treatment on patients diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). IBS and T2DM frequently coexist, leading to significant gastrointestinal symptoms and a decrease in quality of life.
