Abstract: Introduction: Intra-dialytic hypotension (IDH) remains the commonest problem associated with routine haemodialysis treatments. Fluid shifts from intracellular(ICW) and extracellular(ECW) compartments to refill plasma volume during haemodialysis with ultrafiltration.
