The Effect of Eyestalk Ablation on Several Immunologic Variables in Litopenaeus vannamei

Abstract: Eyestalk ablation inflicted upon crustacean is generally performed in captivity to induce ovarian maturation. However, ablation is a hurtful action that may impose physiological stress and even affects survival.
