Abstract:Metabolic syndrome is a worldwide common disorder that coexists with abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, and high blood sugar. The purpose of this investigation was to examine the effects of metabolic syndrome on enteroendocrine cell count and histological structure in duodenum.
