The Effect of Handcycle Ergometer Exercise on Glucose Tolerance in Ambulatory and Non-Ambulatory Adolescents

Abstract: A single bout of handcycle exercise improves glucose tolerance in adolescents with and without mobility limitations and could therefore help maintain or improve metabolic health.
