Abstract: The development gap between The Western Indonesia (TWI) and The Eastern Indonesia (TEI) is still quite visible, this gap can be seen from infrastructure development consisting of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Long Road Infrastructure (IPJ) and Construction Workforce (TKK).
