The Effect of Institution Based Trust on Mobile Banking Utilization

Abstract: The paper reports the findings of a study investigating the effect of institution based trust on mobile banking utilization. Using the survey research methodology involving 312 respondent who were mobile banking users, it was found that both components of institution-based trust which are structural normality and structural assurance have positive effect on mobile banking utilization.
