Abstract: ABSTRACT. Liquid chromatographic enantiomer separation of N-tert-butoxycarbonyl (BOC) α-amino acids and their ethyl esters was performed on covalently immobilized chiral column (Chiralpak IC) derived from polysaccharide derivative.
