Abstract:6 clinical cases of ankylosing spondylitis in male patients of average working age were considered. Patients had non-axial and extra-skeletal manifestations of ankylosing spondylitis, varying disease duration and adherence to therapy. The effectiveness of the use of two groups of genetically engineered biological drugs has been analyzed and evaluated.
