The effects of depositional processes on benthic foraminiferal taphonomy in the Southeastern Yellow Sea of Korea

Abstract: To understand the role of depositional processes on the distribution of benthic foraminifera, grain size analysis, paleontological statistics and textural analysis were conducted on three piston cores (Core Nos. 3, 7, 9) from the southeastern Yellow Sea of Korea. Two foraminiferal assemblages were defined by cluster analysis.
