Abstract: Aims: Laparoscopy-guided transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block is a novel postoperative analgesic modality. We aimed to explore the effect of TAP block in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) procedures. Methods: Forty patients were randomized into two groups: TAP block with bupivacaine and placebo.
