“…A typical DSSC consists of a nanoporous metal oxide film such as TiO 2 , sensitizing dye, redox electrolyte and a counter electrode (O'Regan et al, 1991). The metal oxide film plays a major role in the enhancement of power conversion efficiency of DSSCs and many studies have been focused on the dependence of cell efficiency on film structure and thickness (Kang et al, 2004, Mathew et al, 2011, Kao et al, 2009.
