“…There is a trial with a small number of participants undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy in an ambulatory setting, although the study participants were hospitalized. With the use of the ESPB, there was less break through pain, less postoperative ambulatory need of analgesia and an increased interest for a one day trajectory over admission overnight [134].
