The Ergonomic Action at a Chemical Industry Introduction New Technologies

Abstract

This poster shortly shows the involvement of an ergonomics team in a technological modernization project, in a chemical plant in Brazil. Based on Ergonomic Work Analysis (EWA) an attempt was made to point out human aspects to be taken into the goal of reducing the impact caused by technological modernization on the work activity and contributing to better project management.
