The Event Bush Method in the Light of Typed Graphs Illustrated by Common Sense Reasoning

Abstract: The event bush method being an efficient tool for representation and engineering of dynamic knowledge still lacks a strict mathematical foundation. Many of the syntactic properties of event bushes, however, seem compliant with directed graphs and can be described by typed graphs (i.e., by homomorphisms between directed graphs). This chapter explores an opportunity to formalize the syntactic structure of event bushes by means of typed graphs and shows useful implications of this approach for knowledge engineeri… Show more

“…located in rural areas. They are distinguished by maximum proximity to the consumer, a flexible response to changes in demand and the absence of the need for substantial start-up capital during creation and modernization (Wolter et al, 2018), which firstly allows them to meet the demand of low-income groups of the population, on the one hand forming low solvency as a consumer of related products industries, low competitiveness and instability, on the other hand, technological mobility in changing market conditions (Ryabova, 2004).…”

“…The authors believe that both the formational and civilizational concepts (the advantage of which is the multidimensionality of analysis and its incompatibility to narrowly economic dimensions) of the development of economic systems make it possible to detect the existence of common prerequisites for the formation and functioning of the structure-forming elements of the system (Wolter et al, 2018). As the latter, the authors consider labour relations, and the study of the structure of economic systems is carried out in the aspect of the development of labour relations (Horvat, 1989).…”
