The frequency distribution of the threshold voltage of bistable Cu2O switching devices

Abstract: The frequency distribution of the threshold voltage of Ag-Cu,O-Ag switching devices was experimentally established. With a few switching cycles (n 5 150) distribution can be interpreted by a numerical Gauss distribution. Only a single, from electrode to electrode uninterrupted, channel is optically provable. A numerical Gauss distribution is usually no longer observed with a larger number of switching cycles.
