The idiosyncratic drug-induced gene expression changes in HepG2 cells

Abstract: The inflammatory stress has been associated with an increase in susceptibility to idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury (DILI). However, the molecular mechanisms of this inflammation-associated idiosyncratic drug hepatotoxicity remain unknown.
