The Impact of Career Systems, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Lecturer Performance Through Job-Insecurity

Abstract: This study analyzes the effect of career system, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of foundation lecturers at private universities in Besuki Raya Region through job-insecurity.
