The Impact of High Commitment Human Resource Management on Job Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Job Autonomy

Abstract: To investigate the impact of high commitment human resource management on job satisfaction, a random questionnaire survey is conducted on 194 teachers in higher education institutions nationwide.
