Abstract:This study investigated the correlation between the degree of disorder of the post-hydrogen plasma treatment (HPT) of the intrinsic hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H(i)) and the device characteristics of the a-Si:H/c-Si heterojunction (HJ) solar cells.
