Abstract:Listeria (L.) monocytogenes is the causative agent of human listeriosis, the frequent source of which is food of animal origin. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) on the viability of Listeria in carrot juice and compound feed inoculated with L. monocytogenes.
